DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 2 working days, unless there is a lead time on an item in your order *

Estimated delivery is 2-5 days for orders within Norway, and 5-10 days for international orders **

Your order might be subject to customs charges. We are not responsible for extra charges applied through customs, please check customs regulations for your country for information.

* Garments that are made upon order needs some extra lead time which will be stated on the product page of each item.

RETURNS

We highly value your experience with us, and that everything you order from us will be loved and worn for years to come. Therefore if your order wasn’t quite right we will offer a full refund, you only pay the return fee.

How do I get a refund?

Let us know that you would like to return your order by sending us an email – contact@aoiproject.eu.

Return the order to us within 14 days. Ensure the product is undamaged and safely packed.

We will let you know when we have received your return and make the refund by the method you used to pay. We do not accept visibly used or damaged items returned. Sales items can not be returned.
